Auckland Safe & Lock Servicing Ltd is a family owned business established by Doug Wickham in 1975 . We operate from our Mount Roskill base, however our mobile locksmiths serve our regular clients nationwide.
We specialise in Safes and Vaults including, Safe and Vault sales, safe opening, servicing and burglary repairs. Our equipment and methods use the most advanced technology available and we can open all safes regardless of make or model.
Other services we offer include safe combination changes, safe refurbishment, masterkey systems, a full range of locking systems supplied and installed, and new and refurbished safes for sale.
Our new and second hand safe range includes Chubbsafes, Wertheim, Burg Wachter, CMI, Kingdom, Lord, John Tann, Snelguard, Sentry, Eiko, Ratner, API, Safeguard, Challenger, Milner and Baronet Safes.
We buy and sell second hand safes including bank grade safes; jeweller’s safes; data and record protection safes; home safes; fire resistant safes; gun safes; floor safes; drug cabinets; deposit safes, fire resistant filing cabinets; biometric fingerprint safes; and IATAand Lotto rated safes.
We have a large client base that includes banks and financial institutions, supermarkets, government departments and private businesses.

Our safe showroom is open at Unit 3C, 76 Carr Rd, Mt Roskill where you can view our large range of new and second hand safes for sale. We accept cash, cheque, EFTPOS, Visa and Mastercard. We are open Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, and we can meet you on a Saturday with prior arrangement.

Doug began his apprenticeship at D Hyauiason & Sons in 1959 as a Locksmith. Michael has a Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. With over 15 years experience. He is a Master Locksmith and Safe and Vault Expert. New Zealands leading designer and manufacturer of High Security Safes and founder of Redoubt Safes.
Shona helped Doug to set up the business in 1975 and works in accounts and customer services
Stephanie graduated from Unitec with a Bachelor of Business Studies (Marketing) and a Diploma in Professional Accountancy, and has worked in the Printing, Hospitality and Real Estate industries. Stephanie joined the family business in 2003 to work in accounts and marketing.
